PRE-PRODUCTION: Initial Ideas

- Rom-com idea
- Drama focused around two people falling for each other with comedic elements
- Looking at Baby and Lily James' relationship in Baby Driver

- Continuation of VET-MAN
- VET-MAN: On The Road
- A comedy fly-on-the-wall style show rather than a mockumentary style. 

Our final decision is to create a continuation of VET-MAN, called VET-MAN: On the Road. I am pleased to be creating another comedy, as dramas and documentaries are very popular. We want to make something different. Dramas can be seen to have a global dominance, however there aren't as many comedies around, therefore we want the task of creating a fly-on-the-wall style comedy show.

I also think we didn't do as well as we could have done in the previous VET-MAN project because of time management. I am eager to help re-create this show and do it to the best of my ability in order to produce a good piece of work.


My role as producer involves:

- Recruiting cast online
- Costumes
- Sourcing costumes
- Props
- Sourcing props
- Character style
- Producer statement
- Advertising and marketing / budget

- Helping with the edit
