'AS LIVE' PRODUCTION: Final Running Order 5

Katie and I sat down with Jemma and Victoria to go through the script and calculate the final times for intro, segments, VT's and the round up, taking into consideration the previous rehearsal when we got through three full shows.

Jemma's notes from previous rehearsal

During the rehearsals, we had to take time from the last segments as the intro and first segment ran over in all three rehearsals. This showed us that the running order needed to be revised and we needed to shorten the intro slightly. Katie and I had already made some changes, for example, the reaction shots aren't in the catwalk segment anymore, and we have reduced the amount of information in that segment and the intro, we re-timed it and gave Styles of the Season 6:20 minutes in total, this then gave us some more time for the introduction. According to Jemma's notes from the rehearsals, we found we were under for Old to New all three times - with this information we can say that some time can definitely be taken from this segment and added to the last two segments as they are the ones we took time from and they're smaller anyway. We also asked for the exact times for the VT's and teaser - one of the VT's was 50 seconds less that planned and the teaser cut in half have us another 15 seconds to spare. These extra times were added to the introduction in the studio and the first segment.
