'AS LIVE' PRODUCTION: Production Meeting 6

Jemma (PM) took the meeting today to run through the final notes before the transmission day.

- run up of show on social media (Instagram, FB and Twitter)
- titles are ready and worked on system - Conor D in at half 8 to put VTs and titles on system

Unfortunately, one of our models dropped out a few days before transmission, luckily we were able to get another model onboard within the hour - Sonja Wilson

Wednesday 18th
- set in at 8, lighting at 10
- everyone in studio blacks
- contributors in for 1
- rehearsals at 2
- Adeline and Alfie in at 10 to run through with Bonnie
- lighting team will be tweaking lights all day through rehearsals
- George and Gavin in at 8/9
- some first years in for rehearsals - runner packs have been sent out
- be aware of fire exits
- be aware of lighting rigs being lowered
- behind the scenes will be filming
- static wire to be taped down
- camera ops to stay with cameras at all times
- no food or drink in studio
- bin will be placed in studio for waste
- bags and coats in specific area so not in the way

Thursday 19th TRANSMISSION
- producers / directors in at 8
- everyone else in at 9
- rehearsals at 9.30
- lunch at 12
- audience at 1 in audience tent
- 1.30 audience to be seated
- fire will be briefed to audience
- 70-75 audience members
- 2 o'clock LIVE
- 2.30 WRAP
- 3 o'clock de-rig
- studio blacks
- make sure we hit record!!
- par cans for catwalk is lighting not set design - not 100% confirmed
- both presenters will have IEM but if they don't get along with them, then they may get taken away
- record on the camera as well as from vision desk - check for beeps etc.
- Drey and Zak - manned charging stations
- 6 clip mics - mics will need to be changed from models to talent & 1 handheld mic for Fashion Fails
- UCA LIVE - nothing of the drag until transmission - Ollie in charge of LIVE
